Main application of general tapping machine
Standard or non-standard fasteners are suitable for general tapping machine, it is like the car wheel nut, blind hole nut, riveting nut, stamping parts and so on.
Configuration and characteristic for general tapping machine:
1, The vibration disc is used to feed the nut, it is full automation, one person can operate many tapping machines.
2, It has the function of tap protection, that is to set the limit of the torsion of the tap in advance, and the machine will be stopped to protect the tap when the actual torque of the tapping is reached the limit.
3, The dial sets the mechanical ratchet position, in the process of rotating feed, the dial positioning precision is accurate.
4, The high configuration machine adopts pulse control speed to achieve multi-speed control and the main motor won't heat up, pulse control is used for tapping length, depth positioning accuracy, accurate to plus or minus 0.05 mm.
5, Type M20 and above adopts oil pressure clamping and holding strength.
6, High thread quality, Clean, unbroken teeth, the test rate can reach 100%.
